We’re Marissa Klein and Jamie Sztoser, sisters and co-founders of the dreamcatchers™, a career strategy and job search firm redefining how people look for jobs. After nearly 20 years leading the fashion/media division of our family’s NYC staffing firm, we launched the dreamcatchers™ in 2020 to turn the job search from a grueling process into an empowering journey driven by clarity, confidence, and joy.
