in 2018, we launched the dreamcatchers podcast to raise our voices and reach a larger audience as career experts and motivational speakers. we were inspired to start our own podcast after listening to many episodes of “How I Built This with Guy Raz” and after being guests on our dear friend’s “Brand Groupies with Carey Balogh.” Guy focuses on huge brands and how they got started and Carey focuses on entrepreneurs…and that got us thinking. maybe we focus on real people with killer jobs and talk about how they got where they are today…and also who and what inspires them.
since our launch, we have created three pillars of our podcast: what’s your STORY (conversations with intrapreneurs), what’s the WORD (conversations with brands that inspire us), and what’s the MATTER (conversations about something currently on our minds). then at the tail end of 2019, we brought this concept LIVE by partnering with the team at Bell Works to create the “how it WORKS” panel – a semi-monthly conversation for the tenants of Bell Works and surrounding communities designed to take a deeper look into a relevant and exciting topic. we've also recorded some awesome special editions when the mood was right...
